Ongoing Issue - Oustanding Amounts on Online 3P Orders 23/02/2024
Recently, Pita Pit franchisees have been experiencing issues with a discount offered by third party partners via Tacit on Infor. This discount was miscalculating taxes, causing invoices to remain open with an unpaid balance.
Infor and Tacit have worked together to fix this issue and apply a patch to not experience this same issue in the future.
A new payment method has been added for all franchisees to use to close out the outstanding invoices affected by this, using the payment method called “Correction”. This payment method will close out the invoice without adding the amounts to reporting. If you have already closed these outstanding invoices, you can reopen them and follow the above method, but only if they have been closed in the last two days. This tender will be a permanent addition to counteract similar issues in the future.
If these outstanding amounts have been closed over two days ago, then they must be closed cash and accounted for manually. The Pita Pit team will make sure that this is recorded and does not affect franchisees in any other way.
